Shannon Lowery is in fine form as she nears her A-priority race for 2009, the Beach to Battleship Ironman distance race.  She proved this at the recent  Lake Royale Sprint Triathlon, held on October 3rd, by being the first female to cross the finish line.  She won by more than 6 minutes, which is a very impressive gap for a sprint triathlon.  

 

Awesome job Shannon!  You rock!
