Shannon Lowery was smokin' the course on a chilly day of racing at the Beach 2 Battleship Half Ironman, held in Wilmington, NC on November 7th.  Her overall time of 4:43:20 was plenty good for 2nd overall female!  Shannon's splits were 27 minutes for the 1.2 mile swim, 2:38:07 for the 56 mile bike, and a really fast 1:36:21 for the 13.1 mile run.  

 

Wow, add another stellar performance to the already long list of awesome showings on behalf of team RRO for Shannon's 2009 season!
